- Recommendations on format, competitions, and golf course set up based on the group profile
- Placement and collection of company provided tee signs, banners, and signage
- Participants alphabetical and tee time listings
- Curbside bag handling and rental clubs available
- Personalized welcome letter on each golf cart
- Practice balls and shuttle service for participants to and from the practice range
- Welcome announcements and tournament lead-outs
- Personalized scorecards
- On-course event coordination – closest to the pin, long drive, long putt contests
- Event scoring and professionally posted scoreboards or sheets
- Establish master charge accounts for golf shop, restaurant, and beverage carts, if desired
- Skirted tables for registration, auction, and prize items
- Preferred pricing for merchandise purchases and tournament gifts
